The database system we have created is a free service we offer to our customers that truly adds value to our relationships. New customers receive a complimentary fleet survey that allows us to compile a list of specifications for each vehicle. All specifications and repair orders are loaded into our database which our mechanics can access remotely with their laptops. This gives us the flexibility to service our customers anytime, anywhere.

Once your vehicle specs are loaded, we can generate reports on specific vehicles or entire fleets to help management make informed decisions saving our customers both time and money. To expedite repair turnaround time, we can use the information in the database, internet based sourcing and ordering to obtain parts for a repair before, en route to or during a service call to a customer’s site or road-call.
